- Recruit quality drivers together with HR Manager.
- Train couch drivers on ways to maximize earnings, delivering high level of customer service.
- Supervise repairs, Provide mechanics, electrician, painters, facilitators that can be utilized to solve logistic issues.
- Double up as a relieve driver.
- Conduct truck audits and hand overs,
- Ensure drivers achieve targets.
- Maintains trucks in good state.
- Ensure both ramp and bench at 100% at all times.
- To lead and close license acquisition processes.
- Work closely with maintenance team and guide on ways to reduce down time.
- Submissions of paper work is done accurately and timely.
- Provides reports as budgets, calendar etc.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field
- Experience in a similar position.
- Over 5 years as Trailer driver.
