- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule.
- Inspects verify Load, loading offloading to ensure accountability.
- Guides on loading arrangement to ensure axle load conformity as well as ease in workflow.
- Controls stocks -Ensure a receipt of payment for all items offloaded, inspects returnable. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow road regulations and safety standards
- Reports trucks failure supervises maintenance to ensure high standards of repairs are done
- Reports licensing one month before expiry.
- Maintenance- Ensure truck maintenance is done as and when it falls due.
- Ensures fueling contacts are achieved.
- Uses tyre maintenance skills –ensures proper inflation and authorized tyre maintenance procedures.
- Performs full truck handover when truck changes hands.
Requirements
- 4 Years Proven working experience as a driver.
- Valid professional driver’s license.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no traffic violations.
- KCSE Certificate.
