- The role is expected to aid effective record keeping and maintenance of data that supports effective running of the company.
- Master data maintenance in DMS. This includes;
- Provide support to all VSMs and act as the point-of-contact between the Distributor and DMS Support Desk.
- Ensure Z-reports are printed from the fiscal printers at end-of-day
- Posting Back Office sales when need arises
- Perform Route Settlement at Back Office by posting the total cash/cheques submitted by VSMs to cashier at end-of-day.
- Setting up DMS devices for use by VSMs when need arises
- Daily, Weekly & monthly reporting
Qualifications for the Data Analyst Job
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or any other relevant field
- Advanced computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic sales skills and reports analysis
