Our client is a Public Relations and Corporate Communications agency.

They seek to recruit an articulate, persuasive and aggressive Business Development Executive who will serve as the primary business contact for their clients and will be responsible for client satisfaction and building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Executive Job

S/he will be tasked with the following:

  • Pitching for clients
  • Identifying opportunities to position the firm as a business partner
  • Sourcing for new business
  • Closing business deals
  • Identifying client needs
  • Proposal Writing
  • Work plans development
  • Coordination of contact meetings
  • Client’s contact person
  • Development of objective-client relations
  • Quality assurance
  • Ensure clients satisfaction by doing follow ups
  • Briefing of PR and creative team
  • Follow-ups on internal team for deadlines and deliverables to be met

Business Development Executive Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Diploma in Mass Communication
  • At least 4 years’ experience in an agency

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent Sales and Marketing skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident with great attitude and positive mentality, be a fast learner and be highly motivated
  • A sense of responsibility and an ability to take the initiative
  • The ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
