Key Accounts Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Manage company’s Key Customers
 - Serve as the primary relationship owner with key clients and have responsibility for their retention and growth.
 - Ensure clients derive maximum value
 - Contact the clients every now and then to make follow ups
 - Arrange meetings with the clients
 - Work closely with the customers to ensure their needs are met
 - Coordinate orders customer’s orders and payment
 - Resolve customer claims and queries
 - Follow-up on timely delivery of orders – on time, in full with no errors
 - Establish customer relationships to increase sales
 - Answer to customer’s complaints in a timely manner
 - Prepare and analyze quality reports for Management review

 - Selling Skills
 - Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information.
 - Strong written communication, exceptional listening and analytical skills
 - Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
 - Must exhibit excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 
Requirements for the Key Accounts Manager Job
- Degree/ Diploma in sales and marketing or a business related course
 - Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications
 - 3-5 years working experience as a Key Accounts in a busy environment
