Responsibilities for the Sales Manager Job
Managing a portfolio of Wholesale accounts
Participate in all major Travel Expos
Contributing to the Selling Strategy of TTH
Ensure that you have sent out the Contract rates for 2018/2019
Maintaining and developing a computerized clientele and prospective database
Drive all the Tour series to the TTH
Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Pursuing opportunities for account growth and new business and engaging new clients aiming to generate new business
Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, the management of any problems that may arise.
Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
Any other duty as requested by the manager
Sales Manager Job Qualifications
Degree holder preferably in hospitality management or sales and marketing
Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
Minimum 3 years of Sales management experience in the Wholesale segment
Extremely detail oriented
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc.)
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
