Job Details
Reporting to the Head of Department- School of Nursing, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of quality instruction for the Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing programme.
The successful candidate will also have responsibility for facilitating clinical teaching during student rotations in the hospitals.
Critical Care Nursing Tutor Job Qualifications
Applicants must be in possession of
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSc.N) with a post graduate Diploma in Critical Care nursing or a Masters degree in Critical Care Nursing
- At least two (2) years of work experience in Critical care setting, of which 1 year must be in delivering teaching to health care trainees.
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya, with a valid practicing License.
- In addition, they must be able to commit consistent hours per week to deliver training. Possession of Pedagogy training will be a distinct advantage.
