- Preparing the Board agendas and compiling the requests from department for determination through an advisory and board resolution on the same
- Preparing the Board resolution on agendas discussed by the Board and dissemination to the relevant authorities
- Collecting, collating, analysing data and preparing all reports of the Board
- Maintaing the Board records through a systematic records management system
- Assist in reviewing the board operations service charter from time to time
- Any other duty that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer/Secretary of the Board
Qualifications
- Must be a Kenyan Citizen
- Served as Principal Office Administrator or in a relevant position in the public or private sector for a minimum of Three (3) years
- Must be a Bachelors’ degree holder in Business, Human Resource or Records Management from a recognized institution in Kenya.
- Masters’ degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage
- Must be well conversant with computer application, knowledge of record management system will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate an outstanding professional competence in management
