Mombasa County Job Vacancy : Records Management Assistant Director

  • Preparing the Board agendas and compiling the requests from department for determination through an advisory and board resolution on the same
  • Preparing the Board resolution on agendas discussed by the Board and dissemination to the relevant authorities
  • Collecting, collating, analysing data and preparing all reports of the Board
  • Maintaing the Board records through a systematic records management system
  • Assist in reviewing the board operations service charter from time to time
  • Any other duty that may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer/Secretary of the Board

Qualifications

  • Must be a Kenyan Citizen
  • Served as Principal Office Administrator or in a relevant position in the public or private sector for a minimum of Three (3) years
  • Must be a Bachelors’ degree holder in Business, Human Resource or Records Management from a recognized institution in Kenya.
  • Masters’ degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage
  • Must be well conversant with computer application, knowledge of record management system will be an added advantage
  • Demonstrate an outstanding professional competence in management
