To provide advocacy for all claims with special emphasis on large, complex and contentious to ensure excellent outcomes for Minet Kenya Clientele.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all claims for Minet Risk Solutions
- Ensure clients receive regular reports on their claim’s status
- Solve complex or disputed claims in liaison with the Director
- Generate loss ratios
- Assist clients in the preparation of documents of major or complex claims
- Provide monthly updates to Client Service Support Team on all outstanding claims
- Provide feedback/recommendation on Insurance cover for cases that have specialized requirements
- Engage risk team in root cause analysis
- Hold monthly meetings with main carriers and identify difficult carriers
- Ensure that no business is lost on account of poor claims service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, Diploma in ACII with at least 8 years experience, 5 of which should be in senior management in claims
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated person with the ability to interact at all levels
- Excellent communication and strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to motivate a team
