Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall 10 + Years of Sales & BD experience
- Sales Manager with experience in Africa market. East Africa market sales experience preferred
- 5 to 8 years of experience in BFSI Vertical or Solution Sales (Preferred) and/or packaged solutions including BFSI, Core-Banking, BI, BPM, APPS, Analytics, etc
- Responsible for revenue generation from the assigned accounts
- Effective negotiation skills and proven Sales record of successfully closing large/medium sized deals
- Provide leadership and spearhead Sales & Business development initiatives
- Develop Alliances, Partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region
- Explain value-proposition of JMR Infotech Products & Services to prospects/clients
- Set up conference calls/ Web Demo’s/ Onsite meetings with the prospects
- Initiatives in Market Intelligence, Partner Programs, Brand building, Participation in high-level BFSI events.
- Rigorous follow up on accounts
Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor degree, MBA candidates preferred
Mandatory Skills: Highly energetic, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, selling skills – solution finder
