QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Academic Diploma in Secretarial Duties or front Office Operations.
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management will be an

- Experience : 3 years’ experience in a similar job

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good listening skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Manage front office including ambience and idleness.
- Receive and attend to guests of the company and directing enquiries and guests to relevant officers
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and directing them as necessary
- Receive hand delivered mails and dispatching them to the relevant offices
- Report on faulty telephone lines
- Provide information and answering phone enquires as appropriate
- Answer calls, route them to respective officers and / or take messages
- Keep the reception are tidy
- Maintain a proper telephone and cell-phones billing record
- Ensure that the switchboard equipment is in good working condition
- Maintain the emergency cell-phone including weekends, public holidays and after official working hours
- Provide secretarial services whenever called upon to do so
