Role Outline
General supervision of all warehouse activities, from receipt, putaway and storage at the warehouse, picking and supplying as per customer requirements. Takes care of other supporting activities from leave and staff welfare issues including safety and discipline.

Key Relationships
- Conduct daily spot checks to ensure warehouse staff adhere to rules and procedures as published in the relevant operations SOP.
- Supervise storage and outbound activities of shipments in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure all activities are updated in the JDA system, from receipt, picking and any approved adjustments.
- Ensure correct stacking and storage procedures are adhered to as per SOP and QHSE rules.
- Perform monthly stock takes with gap analysis and action plan follow-up in accordance with SOP.
- Ensure goods are properly moved, handled and stored safely in compliance with handling and conditional requirements
- Ensure that all QHSE regulations are complied with to ensure safe working conditions and practices within the warehouse.
- Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports on spares,tools and Equipment(both assembled and unassembled with accessories).
- Ensure security procedures are adhered to as per SOP in warehouse always and perform daily checks for compliancy.
- Maintain quality of inventory products by monitoring warehouse,cleanliness and pest management
- Supervise schedules to meet deadlines.
- Maintain warehouse and machinery ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean, tidy workspace is kept at all times.
- Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving ensuring quality of products.
- Coordination of dispatch/receiving activities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Carry out all delegated tasks.
- Evaluate complaints received and take appropriate action.
