Large Consumers Director Job Qualifications
To be eligible, the applicant should:
- Have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- Comply with chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010 on Leadership and Integrity
- Demonstrate experience and acumen in a business or any profession, of at least 7 years
- Demonstrate participation in local development initiatives
- Have attended a corporate governance training in a recognized institution
- Resident in the area served by the water company
- For professional body representation, be nominated by the professional body and be in good standing

The following are NOT eligible to become directors of the company:
- Suppliers or other trading associates of the company,
- Persons in current professional or social relationships with directors/ management of the company
