- Applicants should have at least KCSE level of education or equivalent.
- They should have a clear valid driving licenses classes ABCE with First Aid Skills, PSV, Motor Vehicle Mechanics and Certificate of Good Conduct.
- They must have a clear record of service of at least five (5) years.
