- Ensure clients are updated on the status of their claims
- Gather and analyze data relative to the SME’s and Micro Insurance clients
- Manages client open items and responds to clients ad-hoc queries
- Manage Renewal of SME and Micro Insurance clients
- Develop a clear growth strategy for the Sector
- Seek and onboard affinity Partners
- Develop a Seamless Servicing Model
- Invoicing, premium collection and allocation
- Conduct Gap analysis on the allocated accounts
- Advise clients on uninsured Risks and facilitate risk management measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant field, Professional qualification (ACII or AIIK) with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Proficiency with relevant office computer applications to maintain databases, record data
- Good writing and service orientation skills
