- Develop personal sales budget, marketing strategies and implementation plan for all lines of company products to ensure achievement of new business and retention targets;
- Prepare monthly sales targets split per target prospective clients for each product for monitoring and review with line manager;
- Continuously source for opportunities for all company products;
- Maintain a daily activities planner and with clear objectives and progress reports;
- Facilitate onboarding of new clients and provide continuous supports throughout the process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
- Continuously source for market intelligence and document for use in the department;
- Monitor and prepare periodic reports on closed new business and retention status;
- Build up detailed knowledge about the company’s products and keep abreast of market conditions and developments;
- Support the preparation of expressions of interest;
- Support the development capability statements and presentations;
- Daily postings on social media platforms
- Coordinate the operation of the sales team by assigning specific market segments,
Qualifications
- Should be a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or any other business related degree from a recognized University;
- Possession of professional qualification in Sales and/or Marketing with knowledge and understanding of insurance practices will be added advantage;
- Should have at least 2 years’ sales experience in a service industry or consulting firm;
- Should be self-driven with strong commercial orientation and ability to deliver business results;
- Must possess excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills;
- Should have strong organizational and negotiation skills and be able to respond to questions from internal and external customers.
