We are looking for a talented individual to work alongside our programme lead and consortium partners in the monitoring and evaluation of Kenya Skills for Prosperity (KS4P) initiative in Kenya.
Kenya Skills for Prosperity (KS4P) is a new programme that will improve access to HE and TVET education for marginalised and unemployed youth, will strengthen education to industry links and develop an enabling environment for a strong skills ecosystem through technical assistance and capacity building.
The role will lead the implementation of the project M &E framework in collaboration with consortium partners, it will be responsible for the coordination and relationship management of external evaluators for the timely implementation of end line evaluation.
The successful postholder will lead on the reporting of data and will oversee the development of a robust data management system.
This role must be prepared to travel, often at short notice.
About you
You will have demonstrable experience of designing, developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and systems for data collection across complex projects with multiple partners across different countries.
You will be literate in quantitative, qualitative and participatory research methods and conducting field work in development context. Highly familiar and competent with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS and NVivo.
You will enjoy relationship building and coordination across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders for evaluation and learning purposes.
You will actively ensure processes for data quality and data protection are in place for the consortium and embed a compliance culture.
