We are looking for an experienced Technical lead to coordinate and guide the disability inclusive and gender responsive approach in the Kenya Skills for Prosperity (KS4P) programme.
Kenya Skills for Prosperity (KS4P) is a new programme that will improve access to HE and TVET education for marginalised and unemployed youth, will strengthen education to industry links and develop an enabling environment for a strong skills ecosystem through technical assistance and capacity building.
The role will manage the programmes’ quality, working closely with the partner organisations, Chief of Party and Leonard Cheshire Head Office to ensure effective delivery, monitoring and reporting.
The successful postholder will provide the technical leadership within the programme in line with the programme plans.
About you
You will have extensive experience of developing and overseeing large international education programmes.
You will drive high standards throughout project management cycles and be able to demonstrate where you have achieved this successfully previously.
You will possess professional fluency in English in speaking, reading and writing and enjoy interacting regularly with senior counterparts on strategic and operational planning issues.
You will have experience in applying digital solutions to increase impact in educational approaches and a real desire to continue to be innovative with these solutions.
