Kabarak University is a private Chartered institution of higher learning that provides holistic Christian-based quality education, training, research and outreach activities for the service of God and humanity. The University was established in the year 2000 by the 2nd President of Kenya, H.E. the Late Hon. Daniel T. Arap Moi, who was also the founding Chancellor. This was as a result of his visionary idea of setting up a Christian University that would meet the demand for higher education in Kenya and offer quality education based on strong moral principles.

- In-Charge of the Food Laboratory and Manage the daily functions in the laboratory.
- Induction and training of learners in the Laboratory for practicals.
- Assist, Supervise students in their respective assignments in the Laboratory.
- Regular maintenance of Food and Beverage Equipment in the Laboratory.
- Ensure cleanliness of the Laboratory anLaboratry Technician II, in Food and Beverage Serviced all equipment therein.
- Receiving and Storage of food and related supplies for practicals in the Laboratory.
- Conduct regular inventory of equipment and supplies in the Laboratory.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Remuneration And Terms Of Employment
- Appointment to the above positions will be on permanent and pensionable following a satisfactory probation period of 6 months.
