Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities of all Technicians
- Providing technical support to the trainers and trainees.
- Maintaining workshop inventories by receiving, issuing tools and materials in the workshop
- Carrying out routine maintenance of machines and equipment
- Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and workshop facilities.
- Preparing maintenance schedule for all the workshop equipment
- Observing and ensuring health and safety procedures are practiced and enforced in the workshop.
- Ensuring cleanliness of machines/equipment and orderly work areas
Minimum Requirements
- Be a KNEC Diploma holder in the relevant specialization.
- Must be below 45 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in a TVET training institution,
In Compliance to article six {6} of the constitution of Kenya. all the applicants should provide:
- Valid certificate of good conduct
- Tax compliance certificate
- HELB clearance
- EACC compliance certificate
- CRB Clearance certificate
