Secretary at Specialized Aluminium Renovators LTD

 

a. Provide administrative support to the Company (including filing, switchboard, stationery and supplies management).

b.      Provide customer service support to the Company (managing the reception desk, information sharing, responding to enquiries, and handling customer correspondence).

c.       Inform Procurement manager of received goods from suppliers for verification and inspection  of received goods from suppliers

d.      Welcoming visitors

e.       Recording VAT

•      Manage incoming and outgoing mail. and safe custody of un-dispatched cheques and valuable items.

•      Maintain Confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.

•      Schedule appointments and maintain the office appointment diary.

•      Organise meetings (making reminders if necessary, arrange of meeting areas, prior preparation for beverages if necessary).

•      Tidy and maintain the reception area.

•      Open, date stamp all general correspondence and distribute accordingly.

•      Provide word-processing/excel and secretarial support, copying and faxing.

•      Assist the Executive Directors and other staff as requested.

f.        Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
