Recours Four Job Vacancy : Service Desk Engineer

Our client is an award winning private sector bank  operating in Qatar offering tailored personal & corporate banking services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for end-users who call the IT Service Desk.
  • While providing the highest level of customer service, you will answer incoming calls, log and track all information in our call tracking system.
  • You will also use our knowledge base along with your expertise to resolve incidents/requests in a timely fashion.
  • You will escalate unresolved incidents/requests and collaborate with the rest of the team to resolve them

Job Specifications:

  • 0 to 3 years (or above) relevant experience.
  • Network support – DNS/DHCP/Proxy/TCP/IP
  • Windows Software Installations and troubleshooting (Office 365 exposure is a bonus).
  • Windows Active Directory
  • Windows Server support/maintenance experience is advantageous
  • Microsoft Certification i.e. MCP/MCSA/MCSE
  • CISCO Certification i.e. CCNA A+ Certification
