Temporary Office Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver and dispatch of all correspondences from the office
  • Payment of office bills
  • Daily banking of all cheques
  • Assist in filing of all office documents and maintaining the office registry
  • Driving and general management of the society van

Qualifications for the Temporary Office Assistant Job

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade C (Plain)
  • Relevant Certificate in business management/office management/human resource/secretarial studies
  • Minimum 2 (two) years relevant experience and three year’s driving experience
  • Must have a valid driving licence Class BCE

Skills:

  • Sound ICT skills (Ms-Office, email and internet)
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional driving skills
