Temporary Office Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Deliver and dispatch of all correspondences from the office
- Payment of office bills
- Daily banking of all cheques
- Assist in filing of all office documents and maintaining the office registry
- Driving and general management of the society van
Qualifications for the Temporary Office Assistant Job
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Mean Grade C (Plain)
- Relevant Certificate in business management/office management/human resource/secretarial studies
- Minimum 2 (two) years relevant experience and three year’s driving experience
- Must have a valid driving licence Class BCE
Skills:
- Sound ICT skills (Ms-Office, email and internet)
- Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and people skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional driving skills
