- Receiving loan application forms:
- Ensure that the received loan applications are dully filled and have necessary attachment.
- Inputting the loan application details in the system.
- Communicate to the member on any missing information or document.
- Informing members on the status of their loan applications by phone and email.
- Answering members queries on loan products and status of loan applications.
- Advising individual members on deductions for new loans, and loans that have been cleared.
Qualifications for the Temporary Loans Officer Job
- Minimum KCSE C plain
- Diploma in Co-operative Management/Credit Management and related field.
- A minimum of one-year relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of ERP (NAVISION) software and Microsoft office packages
- Experience in a Financial institution is an added advantage
Skills and Desired Qualities:
- Hands on experience in using ERP (NAVISION) software and Microsoft office packages
- Good analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, must be a team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
