Digital Campaign Specialist at Shared Value Foundation

Shared Value Foundation (SVF) is a foundation established under Dutch law, classified by the Dutch Tax Authority as a Public Benefit Organisation (or ANBI: Algenmeen Nut Beogende Instelling). We consist of a board and a small team of researchers. Shared Value Foundation works to optimise the social impact of development projects. Hereby we focus on finding solutions to increas the welfare of people in deprived areas in a sustainable, timely but also ecological way. As part of our secondary objective, we provide opportunities for young academic graduates, to help build their professional career and create chances on the labour market.

The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing day-to-day digital marketing operations with an emphasis on paid search, display, retargeting and paid social advertising. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be well versed in online publicity, entertainment partnerships, digital marketing, social media, and have experience working closely with influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and optimize digital campaigns via paid search/AdWords, display/retargeting and paid social advertising channels.
  • Lead the execution of paid acquisition marketing programs to acquire quality leads as well as new business acquisition.
  • Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each business.
  • Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation.
  • Project manage creation of campaign landing pages, banners, and other digital marketing assets as needed.
  • Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics platform for the business and lead and champion adoption across the organization to enable end-to-end tracking for marketing efforts to conversion.
  •  Lead e-mail campaigns and execution of digital and related marketing campaigns.
  •  Report & analyse on key performance indicators and find opportunities for improvement on a monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Required: Fluent English written communication is required.
  • Required: 2+ years of experience in a digital media strategy role (preferably paid media, but also funnel marketing) .
  • Required: 2+ years of experience in Facebook and Google Ads advertising is required.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Familiarity with Facebook Blueprint
  • Experience with social ad platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Preferred: Experience with funnel marketing elements is preferred. E.g., landing page building, creative / copy, tracking / attribution, analytics, etc.
  • Nice to have: Experience in Pinterest, Linkedin, Apple Search Ads, Twitter, Programmatic, Bing, YouTube, etc..
  • Nice to have: Experience with both direct response and brand performance marketing.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
  • Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
