Digital Marketing, Inbound Sales and ICT Support at Tarpo Industries

Tents mainly, but we have a few ideas up our sleeves from time to time. For a company that spent years in the tented camp industry, you’d think we’d know what portability and practicality are. You’re right. We do know! Our mobile luxury camping equipment can create the perfect bush wedding, outdoor conference, team building, retreat … and we can accommodate all 400 of you. Glamping… so you can breathe the fresh air and still feel like you’re at home!

This role is based within the Marketing department reporting to the CEO.

Duties & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Management and maintenance of all company websites (WordPress)
  • Management and maintenance of all landing pages on HubSpot
  • Content upkeep based on needs and feedback of internal stakeholders
  • Highly targeted social media marketing
  • Google Ads
  • Search Engine Optimisation
  • Sales Qualified Lead Generation
  • Monthly reporting on performance of Digital Marketing activities

Inbound Sales

  • Handle Sales Qualified Leads
  • Feedback Customer’s journey into digital marketing activities
  • Work hand in hand with the sales team to maximise team’s target achievements
  • Enhance the use of the CRM for increased sales conversion rates

ICT Support

  • Support users with general ICT issues including networking, printer troubleshooting, software installations etc.
  • Liaise with external ICT providers where necessary including fleet management, CCTV and ISPs.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience using HubSpot Marketing platform, including landing page and form design
  • Minimum of 2 years experience creating and maintaining WordPress websites
  • Proven track record of SEO activities
