Qualifications Desired (Skills, Experience And Knowledge)
- A Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or any other related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- CPA K Graduate
- Minimum of 8 years cumulative accounting or Finance experience, 4 of which must have been in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in finance business partnering will be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge/experience in International Financial Reporting Standards
- Knowledge in information and data management
- Must possess good analytical skills; advanced knowledge of Excel a must.
- Ability to interact and work with leaders and employees at all levels.
- He /she must be self-driven with a “can do” attitude and passion to achieve results under minimum supervision.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and take direction from, and support, multiple managers.
- Must possess great interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethical behavior.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to Business Units, Management and Global.
- Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.
- Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial pack and present to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate financials questions/answers among Business Units and Accounting & Control department
- Prepare annual financial information binder to be provided to the external auditors
- Prepare quarterly operating reports and present to the relevant stakeholders.
- Act as finance business partner to the Business Unit and Supply Chain function.
- Assist in the budget & reforecast process
- Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system.
- Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.
- Develop, maintain and distribute as-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
