Key Account Manager Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing corporate accounts
- Prospect for new corporate contracted business
- Develop profitable relationships with portfolio of travel trade suppliers to secure long-term business e.g. TMC Partners
- Apply sales & marketing techniques to generate customer loyalty
- Negotiate rates and conditions to secure profitable business flows
- Gather and disseminate market intelligence to assure KQ’s competitive position
- Organize promotional activity with appropriate organization for incremental business
- Build and maintain good relationships with JV colleagues at AF/KL to leverage the strength of the Joint Venture
Qualifications for the Key Account Manager Job
- ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and marketing
- Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel
- Convincing communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Clean Driving License
