Jobs role:
Proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end. Contribute to an increase in sales and maintain the company- client relationships at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Representative Job
- Identify new potential customers
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Monitor and report periodically on sales performance
- Manage key accounts
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition
- Establish best practices
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Compilation of reports as required from time to time
- Facilitate effective budgetary control activities
- Perform office administrative tasks
Sales and Marketing Representative Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience in related field – sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Self-starter
