Our client FULUSI CAPITAL LTD is looking to hire an Operations Mnager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operations strategy for the business
- Centralize operations processes across the business
- Continuously review processes to eliminate non-value adding activities and ensure that the processes are designed to deliver excellent customer service whilst mitigating risk
- Recruit, induct, train, supervise and mentor the Business Development team
- Provide leadership in performance management, employee development, talent management and building a work environment that drives high performance and employee satisfaction
- Develop strategies for penetrating the different geographical markets
- Foster a culture of excellence among the Business Development team
- Support efforts to achieve the business goal of becoming the preferred microfinance
- Any other duties as may be directed by management from time to time.
Requirements
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field with a bias in sales & Marketing; MBA an added advantage
Experience
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager in a Microfinance firm for at least 3 years
Skills Requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Good knowledge of individual lending model – targeted at MSMEs
- Ability to leverage on Technology
- Self-starter and assertive
