Sales Administrator at Tracom

The overall responsibility is to offer administrative support to the Business team by coordinating their activities and assist with providing necessary reports for tracking the progress of the team.

 Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Business and Commercial Director as required
  • Assist in planning for product presentations and demonstration with internal teams on behalf of the Account Managers and Business Developers
  • Source for tender advertisements and ensure that responses are prepared in good time
  • Organize for review of tender responses and ensure that the responses are an accurate match to customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain an updated database of all the important information for both current and prospective customers
  • Maintain updated records that help track the sales done by the Business teams in relation to the set targets/objectives
  • Provide the Business teams with regular reports and analysis of the progress made by the team for the purpose of tracking the success of the teams effort on the strategic plans of the department
  • Assist with coordination of the team’s travel logistics in liaison with HR and Administration teams on behalf of the Business Teams
  • Make requisitions and follow up for provision of necessary resources that the Business teams may require for execution of their duties
  • Maintain accountability of resources and disbursements made out to the Business teams in liaison with Finance and Administration teams
  • Maintain records of customers documents involved in the sales process including BRD, Proposals, technical documents, PO, Contracts, project sign-offs, invoices etc
  • Maintain records relating to Business teams commissions and ensure that they are submitted for payments when required.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management or Sales and Marketing
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales admin/Sales Support
  • Be computer literate
  • Ba aggressive and a good sales attitude.
