Person Specification

  • Degree in any business related course
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales & Marketing in Real estate sector
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities

  • Identifies new business opportunities by identifying new prospects
  • Sells company products by establishing contact and developing relationships withexisting customers (to gain repeat business wherever possible} and potentialcustomers via telephone call, emails and in person.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidanceand recommending new products;
  • Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Presents the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way
  • Builds good working relationships by contributing to team effort
  • Accurately confirms available products, their minimum prices and discounts toensure no customer complaints, confusion or disagreement arise as a result ofdouble allocation or giving the wrong pricing.

Reports to

Sales Manager

Purpose of Position:  To ensure company books and sales records are kept in perfect order.

Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Provide clerical and minor technical support for the sales & marketing department;
  • Allocation of sales/bookings in the sales system, filling in all the necessary sale details,
  • Cross check double allocations before invoicing
  • Ensure that the offer letters bare the correct customer/payment/project details
  • Liaising with relevant departments for stock records,
  • Receive record and dispatch documents delivered in the office to relevant departments/staffs.
  • Contact customers to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing
  • Handle customer queries and field calls
  • Providing information and support to the clients related with account statements, sale agreements and transfer and varied transactions.
  • Sharing the following report in time; (daily work plan, daily work done, daily sales report, weekly sales report, monthly sales report, weekly Stock balance report) IV. Finance Duties and

Responsibilities

  • Enter all financial transaction details into accounting system on real time basis.
  • Filing of accounts documents.
  • Raising of LPOs to suppliers.
  • Verify supplier invoices.
  • Banking of receipts from customers.
  • Filing of accounts documents.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Prepare payments to suppliers.
  • Raising of Invoices to customers.
  • Preparing, verifying and dispatching customer statements.
  • Petty cash custody, requisition and budgeting.
  • Raise cheques and verify details of the same
