- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

Purpose of Position: To ensure company books and sales records are kept in perfect order.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and minor technical support for the sales & marketing department;
- Allocation of sales/bookings in the sales system, filling in all the necessary sale details,
- Cross check double allocations before invoicing
- Ensure that the offer letters bare the correct customer/payment/project details
- Liaising with relevant departments for stock records,
- Receive record and dispatch documents delivered in the office to relevant departments/staffs.
- Contact customers to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing
- Handle customer queries and field calls
- Providing information and support to the clients related with account statements, sale agreements and transfer and varied transactions.
