Duties and responsibilities
- Procurement Planning
- Tendering and working closely with the Principal supply chain management Officer
- Fleet Management
- Disposal of stores and equipment
- General procurement
- Market surveys and research
- Inventory and stock control
Requirements for appointment
- Have a Bachelors Degree in either of the following; Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement and Supply Management, Logistics or its equivalent form a recognized institution
- A minimum of three (3) years experience
- Must be a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)
- Conversant with the Public Procurement and Asset disposal Act 2015 and Procurement Regulations 2006
Meet requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on Ethics and values by forwarding valid
- Tax Compliance Certificate
- Certificate of Good conduct
- Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) Clearance
- Ethics and AntiCorruption Commission (EACC) Clearance
- Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) Clearance Certificate
- Birth Certificate
